Variable Funding Note definition

Variable Funding Note has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.01(a).

  • Interest shall accrue on the Variable Funding Note, and the Variable Funding Note shall be payable, as described herein.

Variable Funding Note means any Note that is designated as a variable funding note in the related Indenture Supplement.
Variable Funding Note or “Variable Funding Notes” shall mean the note or notes authenticated and delivered pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.
