Value Dating definition

Value Dating means the date on which the Bank calculates interest on funds debited from or credited to Account(s).

  • If the Transfer Due Date was a Euro payment day then for the purposes of Value Dating the Transfer will be deemed to have taken place on the Euro payment day.

You may waive all or a portion of your fees provided for hereunder and such waiver shall be treated as a reduction in purchase price of your services. You shall be contractually bound hereunder by the terms of any publicly announced waiver of your fee, or any limitation of the Fund's expenses, as if such waiver or limitation were fully set forth herein.

  • Average Daily Flow means the cumulative total sewage flow to the sewage works during a calendar year divided by the number of days during which sewage was flowing to the sewage works that year;

Subject to the provisions of Section 5 below, the accrued fees will be payable monthly as promptly as possible after the end of each month during which this Agreement is in effect.
