Valuation Firms definition

Valuation Firms means Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Near Earth LLC or another nationally recognized valuation firm engaged by the GE Entities and reasonably acceptable to SES.
Valuation Firms has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.
