Validation Process definition

Validation Process means the validation process set out in clauses 16 to 18 inclusive of Part B of these Rules.
Validation Process means all activities related to process validation including, but not limited to, In-Process HPLC Method Validation, manufacturing of [Redacted: Quantity] Validation Lots and performing stability testing on each of the [Redacted: Quantity] Validation Lots.
Validation Process means the process and criteria agreed between Optimise and the Company by which Transactions will be approved by the Company prior to Referrer Commission being released.

  • With respect to a re-validation required due to the expiration of the annual SAQ or any other reason for which Re-Validation is required, you will have five (5) days to complete the PCI Compliance Validation Process, in order to maintain your validation of compliance with the PCI DSS.

  • With respect to a re-validation required due to Merchant’s failure to complete a required quarterly Scan, Processor will deem Merchant’s failure to complete a Scan within ten (10) days of the end of the preceding quarter to require re-validation under the PCI Compliance Validation Process, in order to maintain Merchant’s validation of compliance with the PCI DSS.

  • With respect to a re-validation required due to the expiration of the annual SAQ or any other reason for which Re-Validation is required, Merchant will have five (5) days to complete the PCI Compliance Validation Process, in order to maintain Merchant’s validation of compliance with the PCI DSS.

  • The Claims Administrator will, on a weekly rolling basis, submit those conditionally approved claims to Defendant for the Claim Validation Process to determine if there is any reason to believe that a claim is fraudulent or otherwise invalid.
