Master Street Address Guide or "MSAG" is a database of street names and house number ranges within their associated communities defining particular geographic areas and their associated ESNs to enable proper routing of 911 calls. Arterial street means any United States or State numbered route, controlled access highway or other major radial or circumferential street or highway designated by local authorities within their respective jurisdictions as part of a major arterial system of streets or highways. (ORC 4511.01(CCC))
Drive means to operate or be in actual physical control of a
Renewable Energy Certificates or “RECs” shall mean all of the Certificates and any and all other Environmental Attributes associated with the Products or otherwise produced by the Facility which satisfy the RPS for a RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit, and shall represent title to and claim over all Environmental Attributes associated with the specified MWh of generation from such RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit.
Boulevard means the area between the street line and the nearest edge of a roadway and/or the area separating the roadways or a divided highway.
Suite means an elevated box or suite which is customarily an enclosed private or collective compartment inside the Stadium, with direct access to guests’ Seats, which are separated from other Seats in the Stadium.
Expressway means a divided arterial highway for through traffic with full or partial control of access with an excess of fifty percent of all crossroads separated in grade.
Freeway means a divided multi-lane highway for through traffic with all crossroads separated in grade and with full control of access.
one-way street means a street upon which vehicular traffic is limited to movement in one direction.
Renewable Energy Certificate or "REC" means a certificate
Parkway means the area between a sidewalk and the curb or traffic lane. It may be planted or unplanted, and with or without pedestrian egress.
Cottage Sector Means a single dwelling that does not have a common facility for a multiple number of tenants.
Limited Liability Company Agreement means the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Depositor, dated as of March 1, 2001, executed by Ford Credit, as sole member; or the Limited Liability Company Agreement of Ford Credit, dated as of April 30, 2007 and effective on May 1, 2007, as the context requires.
Office of the Interconnection Control Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by the Office of the Interconnection to coordinate and direct the operation of the PJM Region and to administer the PJM Interchange Energy Market, including facilities and equipment used to communicate and coordinate with the Market Participants in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region. Agency Services Address means NationsBank, N.A., NC1-001-15-04, 000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Charlotte, North Carolina 28255, Attn: Agency Services, or such other address as may be identified by written notice from the Administrative Agent to the Borrower.
Distribution center means a building or structure used primarily for the storage of goods which are intended for subsequent shipment to retail outlets. Distribution center does not mean a building or structure used primarily to store raw agricultural products, used primarily by a manufacturer to store goods to be used in the manufacturing process, used primarily for the storage of petroleum products, or used for the retail sale of goods.
Institution of higher learning means an educational institution located within this state meeting all of the following requirements:
Corporation/ Corpn./ Department means the Central Warehousing Corporation.
Center means the center for educational performance and information created in section 94a.
Lane means a public thoroughfare which provides a secondary means of access to a parcel or parcels and which is registered in a land titles office;
