Vacancy factor definition

Vacancy factor means a cost component of the residential habilitation and intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities rate intended to cover costs when a client is no longer in the setting, with no intent to return.
Vacancy factor means the greater of the actual vacancy rate of the Buildings or 5%, multiplied by the proforma rents for the Buildings as set forth in the most recent appraisal for the Mortgaged Property.
