Utility Sales definition

Utility Sales means the sale of water or sewer services to Grantee/Franchisee's Customers by use of the System.

  • The Navy does allow the water service connecting to a non-Navy facility through the establishment of a Utility Sales Agreement (USA) with the Navy.
