Utility cost savings definition
Utility cost savings means any utility expenses that are eliminated or avoided on a long-term basis as a result of equipment installed or modified, or services performed by a qualified energy service provider. Utility cost savings do not include merely shifting personnel costs or similar short-term cost savings.

Utility cost savings means the definition set forth in §29-12.5-101(7), C.R.S., is the combination of either or both of the following:
Utility cost savings means expenses for utilities that are eliminated or avoided on a long-term basis as a result of equipment installed or modified or services performed by a qualified energy service provider. Utility cost savings include expenses for natural gas, propane or similar fuels, electricity, water, waste water, and waste disposal."
Utility cost savings means the definition set forth in §24-30-2001(5), C.R.S., is the combination of either or both of the following:
Utility cost savings means expenses for utilities that are eliminated or avoided on a long-term
Utility cost savings means the amounts saved by the City in the purchase of electricity
Utility cost savings means the amounts saved by a governmental unit in the purchase of energy or water that are a direct result of energy or water conservation measures implemented pursuant to a guaranteed utility savings contract; and
Utility cost savings means the difference between the utility costs under the precontract conditions and the utility costs after the changes have been made under the contract. Such savings shall be calculated in comparison to an established baseline of utility costs installation of the utility cost-savings measures pursuant to the guaranteed energy savings agreement and the baseline utility costs after baseline adjustments have been made.
