Utility charge definition

Utility charge means a charge by a landlord or others to a tenant for a commodity such as water, sewer, electricity, fuel, propane, cable television or trash.
Utility charge means a charge for the supply by a local government of water, gas, sewerage or cleansing services to any land or structure.
Utility charge means an average monthly cost for space and water heating, lighting, water and sewer, and trash removal, but not telephone service.
