Utilities Work definition
Utilities Work means the installation of electric and telephone utilities at the System Element Locations.
Utilities Work is defined in Section 5.2.3.
Utilities Work means the installation of electric, water, gas and other utilities and telephone facilities for voice communications in the construction and operation of Network Element Facilities at the Sites.
