USW Settlement Agreement definition

USW Settlement Agreement means the Settlement Agreement between Dana Corporation and the United Steelworkers, dated July 5, 2007, and the exhibits thereto, approved by the Global Settlement Order, as it may be amended, supplemented or modified.
