USV or “Unsupplied Volume” means the amount (in kWh) which is the result of subtracting the Total Forecasted Consumption applied on a pro rata basis for the period between the Earliest Supply Start Date and the date we cease to supply the relevant Site, from your Total Forecasted Consumption;
