USURF definition

USURF means USURF America, Inc., a Nevada corporation, including its subsidiaries. Any term used herein to which a special meaning has been ascribed shall be construed in accordance with either (1) the context in which such term is used, or (2) the definition provided for such terms in the place in this Agreement at which such term is first used.

  • College or university means a degree or certificate granting public or private college or university, junior college, or community college.

  • University means the university of Montana-Missoula.

  • Turf means a ground cover surface of mowed grass. Annual bluegrass, Kentucky bluegrass, Perennial ryegrass, Red fescue, and Tall fescue are cool-season grasses. Bermudagrass, Kikuyugrass, Seashore Paspalum, St. Augustinegrass, Zoysiagrass, and Buffalo grass are warm-season grasses.

  • Public nuisance means a building that is a menace to the public health, welfare, or safety, or that is structurally unsafe, unsanitary, or not provided with adequate safe egress, or that constitutes a fire hazard, or is otherwise dangerous to human life, or that in relation to the existing use constitutes a hazard to the public health, welfare, or safety by reason of inadequate maintenance, dilapidation, obsolescence, or abandonment. “Public nuisance” includes buildings with blighting characteristics as defined by Iowa Code section 403.2.
