User Product definition

User Product means User’s creation of any reports, documents or any other materials, whether in hard copy or electronic form, in each case derived from the Data for distribution by User to its members. In no event shall User Product mean the Data, whether in the form provided to User by DTCC Solutions or in any substantially similar form. User is the exclusive owner of the User Product, subject to the terms of this Usage Statement. Use of the Data shall be governed under this Usage Statement. Any other data that User may have access to in connection with any relationships it may have with DTCC Solutions or any of DTCC Solutions’ affiliates may not be distributed or otherwise used pursuant to this Usage Statement. All Data made available by User to its members will contain the following attribution: “Source: Analytic Reporting for Annuities from the Insurance & Retirement Services of National Securities Clearing Corporation, a DTCC Subsidiary. Visit ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for more information or contact your I&RS Relationship Manager.” The attribution statement will be placed at the bottom of all Data, whether in hard copy or electronic form. The attribution statement shall also be placed within any research, commentary, article or other document containing the Data or derived from the Data, other than the User Product. All User Product made available by User to its members will contain the following attribution: “The information which serves as the basis for this report was derived from Analytic Reporting for Annuities data from the Insurance & Retirement Services of National Securities Clearing Corporation, a DTCC Subsidiary. Visit ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for more information or contact your I&RS Relationship Manager.” The attribution statement will be placed at the bottom of all User Product, whether in hard copy or electronic form.
