Used oil fuel definition

Used oil fuel means any fuel that is produced from used oil through processing, blending, or other treatment.
Used oil fuel means any fuel designated by the depart- ment by rule that contains used oil or is produced from used oil or from a combination of used oil and other material.
Used oil fuel means used oil that is to be burned for energy recovery, including fuel which is produced from used oil by processing, blending or other treatment.

More Definitions of Used oil fuel

Used oil fuel means used oil that meets the specifications contained in Table 3 in § 1.16.3(A)(6) of this Part and is burned for energy recovery.
