Use of a motor vehicle means any utilization of the motor vehicle as a vehicle including occupying, entering into, and alighting from it. It does not include:

If the context requires, Retail Marijuana includes Retail Marijuana Concentrate and Retail Marijuana Product.

  • Motor home means every private motor vehicle with a normal seating capacity of not more than 10
