USD Notional Amount definition

USD Notional Amount is defined in Section 5.2(b).
USD Notional Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.01(q).

Examples of USD Notional Amount in a sentence

  • If the Fixing Rate on the relevant Expiration Date is at or above the Strike Rate and a Target Redemption Event has not occurred, Party B will sell CAD Notional Amount 1 to Party A in exchange for USD Notional Amount 1.

  • If the Fixing Rate on the relevant Expiration Date is below the Strike Rate and a Target Redemption Event has not occurred, Party B will sell CAD Notional Amount 2 to Party A in exchange for USD Notional Amount 2.

  • If the Fixing Rate has not at any time been at or above the Knock Out Rate and a Target Redemption Event has not occurred, Party A shall buy the USD Notional Amount from Party B in exchange for the EUR Notional Amount.
