USAP definition

USAP. The Uniform Single Attestation Program for Mortgage Bankers.
USAP shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.13.

  • Upon the request of any Certificateholder or Note Owner, the Owner Trustee or the Indenture Trustee, as the case may be, shall promptly provide such Certificateholder or Note Owner with a copy of such Annual USAP Report.
