USAA Mutual Funds Trust and the Trustees shall conduct the business of the Trust under that name or any other name or names as they may from time to time determine. The principal office of the Trust shall be located at such location as the Trustees may from time to time determine.
USAA Mutual Funds Trust and "Trustees" refer, respectively, to the trust created and the Trustees, as trustees but not individually or personally, acting from time to time under the Master Trust Agreement, to which reference is hereby made and a copy of which is on file at the office of the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware, such reference being inclusive of any and all amendments thereto so filed or hereafter filed.
