U.S. Swing Line Loan definition

U.S. Swing Line Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.04(a).

U.S. Swing Line Loan means a Loan made by the U.S. Swing Line Lender to the U.S. Borrower pursuant to Section 2.03(a)(i).

U.S. Swing Line Loan is defined in clause (d) of Section 2.1.1.

Examples of U.S. Swing Line Loan in a sentence

• Not later than 3:00 P.M., New York City time, on the Borrowing Date specified in a notice in respect of U.S. Swing Line Loans, the U.S. Swing Line Lender shall make available to the Administrative Agent at the Funding Office an amount in immediately available funds equal to the amount of the U.S. Swing Line Loan to be made by the U.S. Swing Line Lender.

• Each U.S. Swing Line Loan shall bear interest for a minimum of one day.

• The Administrative Agent shall make the proceeds of such U.S. Swing Line Loan available to the U.S. Borrower on such Borrowing Date by depositing such proceeds in an account of the U.S. Borrower with the Administrative Agent on such Borrowing Date in immediately available funds.

• Promptly after receipt by the U.S. Swing Line Lender of any telephonic U.S. Swing Line Loan Notice, the U.S. Swing Line Lender will confirm with the Administrative Agent (by telephone or in writing) that the Administrative Agent has also received such U.S. Swing Line Loan Notice and, if not, the U.S. Swing Line Lender will notify the Administrative Agent (by telephone or in writing) of the contents thereof.

• Interest on each U.S. Swing Line Loan shall be payable on the Swing Line Loan Maturity Date applicable thereto.

U.S. Swing Line Loan has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.23(a)(i).

U.S. Swing Line Loan means, as the context may require, at any time, the aggregate amount of US Swing Line Advances outstanding to US Borrower.

U.S. Swing Line Loan shall have the meaning set forth in the Credit Agreement.

U.S. Swing Line Loan means, at any time, the aggregate amount of US Swing Line Advances outstanding to LLTC.
