U.S. Swing Line Lender definition

U.S. Swing Line Lender means Bank of America in its capacity as provider of U.S. Swing Line Loans, or any successor swing line lender hereunder.
U.S. Swing Line Lender means Barclays Bank in its capacity as the U.S. Swing Line Lender hereunder, together with its permitted successors and assigns in such capacity.
U.S. Swing Line Lender means Bank of America, in its capacity as provider of U.S. Swing Line Loans, or any successor swing line lender of such swing line loans hereunder.
