US Stock definition

US Stock means the capital stock of the Company, par value $10.00 per share.
US Stock shall have the meaning set forth in Recital B.
US Stock means and include the tab under which the US stocks are listed on the Platform which allows users in India to buy stocks of the US based companies listed in the US Stock market and/or on the NYSE.
