U.S. Publicly-Traded Entity definition

U.S. Publicly-Traded Entity means an entity whose securities are listed on a national securities exchange or quoted on an automated quotation system in the United States or a wholly-owned subsidiary of such an entity.
U.S. Publicly-Traded Entity means a Person (other than an individual) whose securities are listed on a national securities exchange, or quoted on an automated quotation system, in the United States, or a wholly-owned subsidiary of such a Person.
U.S. Publicly-Traded Entity. Defined in Section 16.A hereof.

Examples of U.S. Publicly-Traded Entity in a sentence

  • None of the Borrower Parties, and no individual or entity owning directly or indirectly any interest in any of the Borrower Parties, is an individual or entity whose property or interests are subject to being blocked under any of the OFAC Laws and Regulations or is otherwise in violation of any of the OFAC Laws and Regulations; provided, however, the representation contained in this sentence shall not apply to any Person to the extent such Person’s interest is in or through a U.S. Publicly-Traded Entity.
