U.S. LOC Sublimit definition

U.S. LOC Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $65,000,000 and (b) the U.S. Revolving Committed Amount. The U.S. LOC Sublimit is part of, an not in addition to, the U.S. Revolving Committed Amount.
