U.S. Listing Date definition

U.S. Listing Date means the date on which the Common Shares first begin to trade on either NASDAQ or the NYSE;
U.S. Listing Date means the date on which the Company (or any successor/surviving entity in a reverse merger or other business combination transaction) becomes subject to the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act.
