US LEC means US LEC Corp. and each of its subsidiaries and/or affiliated entities as the same may exist from time to time during the Term hereof. During the Term of this Agreement, Employee shall devote his entire working time and attention to the business of US LEC, and shall perform his duties in a diligent, effective and loyal manner.

Examples of US LEC in a sentence

  • If US LEC is a facilities based provider or a facilities based and resale provider, this section shall apply.

Related to US LEC

  • Newco has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Mercury means elemental mercury (Hg(0), CAS No. 7439-97-6);
