US Intercompany Loan definition

US Intercompany Loan means any Indebtedness of Japan Holdco and/or its Subsidiaries that is owed to US Holdco and/or its Subsidiaries.
US Intercompany Loan means the term loan agreement made as of 10 July 2012 between S.D. Xxxxxx Company, a Pennsylvania corporation doing business as Sappi Fine Paper North America, having its principal place of business at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx, 00000 U.S.A., as borrower and the Borrower in the amount of USD 170,000,000.
