U.S. Facility Commitment with respect to each U.S. Facility Lender, the commitment of such U.S. Facility Lender hereunder to make Extensions of Credit to the U.S. Borrowers in the amount set forth opposite its name on Schedule A hereto or as may subsequently be set forth in the Register from time to time.
U.S. Facility Commitment as to any Lender, its obligation to make Loans to, and/or make Swing Line Loans made to, and/or participate in Letters of Credit issued on behalf of, and/or participate in Agent Advances made to, in each case the U.S. Borrowers in an aggregate amount not to exceed at any one time outstanding the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name in Schedule A under the heading “U.S. Facility Commitment” or, in the case of any Lender that is an Assignee, the amount of the assigning Lender’s U.S. Facility Commitment assigned to such Assignee pursuant to subsection 11.6(b) (in each case as such amount may be adjusted from time to time as provided herein); collectively, as to all the Lenders, the “U.S. Facility Commitments.”
U.S. Facility Commitment as to any Lender, its Tranche A U.S. Facility Commitment and its Tranche A-1 U.S. Facility Commitment. The original amount of the aggregate U.S. Facility Commitments of the U.S. Facility Lenders is $1,250,000,000.

Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, US Borrower may borrow, repay, and reborrow Tranche A Loans under the US Agreement during the US Facility Commitment Period.
Unless sooner terminated in accordance with this Agreement, the US Facility Commitments and the US Swingline Commitments shall terminate on the US Facility Commitment Termination Date.
On the US Facility Commitment Termination Date, the US Loan Parties shall make Full Payment of all US Facility Obligations.
All calculations of the L/C Participants’ U.S. Facility Commitment Percentages and Canadian Facility Commitment Percentages shall be made from time to time by the Administrative Agent and Canadian Agent, as applicable, which calculations shall be conclusive absent manifest error.
At the request of (a) any Multicurrency Facility Lender, the Borrowers shall deliver a Multicurrency Facility Note to such Multicurrency Facility Lender in the amount of such Multicurrency Facility Lender’s Multicurrency Facility Commitment and (b) any US Facility Lender, the US Borrowers shall deliver a US Facility Note to such US Facility Lender in the amount of such US Facility Lender’s US Facility Commitment.

U.S. Facility Commitment means, with respect to any Lender, such Lender's Applicable Facility Commitment for the US Facility.
U.S. Facility Commitment means the commitment by each U.S. Facility Lender under the U.S. Facility to provide the amount of United States Dollars set forth opposite its name in Schedule A annexed hereto, subject to any reduction in accordance with the provisions hereof.
U.S. Facility Commitment for any US Facility Lender, its obligation to make US Facility Loans to the US Borrowers and to participate in US LC Obligations up to the maximum principal amount shown on Schedule 2.1.1(b), or, in the case of any Additional US Facility Lender, up to the maximum principal amount indicated on the joinder agreement executed and delivered by such Additional US Facility Lender pursuant to Section 2.1.9(c)(iv) or as hereafter determined pursuant to each Assignment and Acceptance to which it is a party, as such US Facility Commitment may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with the provision of Sections 2.1.3, 2.1.9 or 10.1. It is understood and agreed that, on and after the Fourth Amendment Effective Date, the US Facility Commitments shall consist of the New US Facility Commitments (as defined in the Fourth Amendment) provided for in the Fourth Amendment, which amount is equal to $3,300,000,000 in the aggregate as of the Fourth Amendment Effective Date.
U.S. Facility Commitment means, for each Lender, the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name in Schedule 1.01(a) directly below the column entitled “U.S. Facility Revolving Commitment”, as same may be (x) reduced from time to time or terminated pursuant to Sections 4.02, 4.03 and/or 11, as applicable, (y) adjusted from time to time as a result of assignments to or from such Lender pursuant to Section 2.13 or 13.04(b), or (z) increased from time to time pursuant to Section 2.14. In addition, the U.S. Facility Commitment of each Lender shall include each of its Initial U.S. Facility Commitment, and, subject to the consent of such Lender, any Extended U.S. Facility Commitment of such Lender. As of the Closing Date, the aggregate amount of U.S. Facility Commitments of the U.S. Facility Lenders is U.S. $550,000,000.
U.S. Facility Commitment means, at any time for any U.S. Lender, the commitment of such U.S. Lender to the U.S. Facility, initially in the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Annex I hereto or, for any Person becoming a U.S. Lender after the Closing Date, the amount of the assigned “U.S. Facility Commitment” set forth in the Assignment and Acceptance executed by such Person, as the same may be increased or decreased from time to time as a result of any reduction thereof pursuant to the terms hereof, any assignment thereof pursuant to Section 11.4, or any amendment thereof pursuant to Section 11.2.
U.S. Facility Commitment means, for each Lender, the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name in Schedule 1.01(a) directly below the column entitled “U.S. Facility Revolving Commitment”, as same may be (x) reduced from time to time or terminated pursuant to Sections 4.02, 4.03 and/or 11, as applicable, (y) adjusted from time to time as a result of assignments to or from such Lender pursuant to Section 2.13 or 13.04(b), or (z) increased from time to time pursuant to Section 2.14.
