U.S. Business Day definition

U.S. Business Day means any day, other than a Saturday, Sunday or day which shall be in New York, New York a legal holiday or day on which banking institutions are required or authorized to close. Any Business Day in any way relating to Eurodollar Loans (such as the day on which an Interest Period begins or ends) must also be a day on which commercial banks settle payments in London.
U.S. Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or other day on which commercial banks in New York, New York are authorized or required by Legal Requirements to close.
