Such announcement (which shall include disclosure of the approximate number of Common Shares deposited to date) will be made promptly and no later than the earlier of (i) 9:00 a.m. (Toronto time) on the next US Business Day after the previously scheduled Expiry Date and (ii) the first opening of the AMEX on the next trading day after the previously scheduled Expiry Date.
