U.S. Bank Fee Letter definition

U.S. Bank Fee Letter means the U.S. Bank Fee Letter, dated as of the Closing Date, by and between the Borrower and U.S. Bank, as such letter may be amended, restated, supplemented, modified, waived and/or replaced from time to time.
U.S. Bank Fee Letter means that certain fee letter dated as of the Restatement Date between U.S. Bank and the Borrower with respect to fees payable in connection with this Agreement.
U.S. Bank Fee Letter means the letter agreement, dated November 9, 2015 between the Company and U.S. Bank National Association.
