No Borrower may reborrow any part of any US$ B1 Facility Advance, EUR B1 Facility Advance, US$ B2 Facility Advance, EUR B2 Facility Advance, US$ B3 Facility Advance or EUR B3 Facility Advance which is repaid.
L/C Facility means the letter of credit facility established pursuant to Article III.
Revolver Facility means the credit facility as described in and subject to the limitations set forth in Section 2.01.
Tranche A Facility means the aggregate of the Tranche A Commitments.
LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;
Revolving Facilities means collectively the Initial Revolving Facility and each New Revolving Facility and “Revolving Facility” means any such facility individually.
Replacement Revolving Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.02(c)(ii).
Tranche B Facility means the aggregate of the Tranche B Commitments.
Bank Facility means any credit agreement, including the Credit Agreement dated June 28, 2012 among Bank of America, N.A., Equinix, Inc. and the guarantors party thereto, as amended, together with the related documents thereto (including, without limitation, any guarantee agreements and security documents), in each case as such agreements may be amended (including any amendment and restatement thereof), supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, including one or more credit agreements, loan agreements or similar agreements or indentures extending the maturity of, refinancing, replacing or otherwise restructuring (including increasing the amount of available borrowings thereunder or adding Restricted Subsidiaries of the Company as additional borrowers or guarantors thereunder) all or any portion of the Indebtedness under such agreement or agreements or any successor or replacement agreement or agreements and whether by the same or any other agent, holders, lender or group of lenders.
Incremental Revolving Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).
Common Facility Means a place where tenants utilise the same equipment such as kitchen, laundry meeting room and or car park.
Maximum Facility Output means the maximum (not nominal) net electrical power output in megawatts, specified in the Interconnection Service Agreement, after supply of any parasitic or host facility loads, that a Generation Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility is expected to produce, provided that the specified Maximum Facility Output shall not exceed the output of the proposed Customer Facility that Transmission Provider utilized in the System Impact Study. Facility Production Limit means the production limit placed on the main product(s) or raw materials used by the Facility that represents the design capacity of the Facility and assists in the definition of the operations approved by the Director.

Facility means any real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.
Existing Facility means a facility in existence on any given date, newly constructed or altered.
Off-site facility means a structural BMP located outside the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.
Initial Revolving Facility means the Initial Revolving Credit Commitments and the Initial Revolving Loans and other extensions of credit thereunder.
Term A Facility means, at any time, (a) on or prior to the Closing Date, the aggregate amount of the Term A Commitments at such time and (b) thereafter, the aggregate principal amount of the Term A Loans of all Term A Lenders outstanding at such time.
Refinancing Facility has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).
Swingline Facility means the swingline facility established pursuant to Section 2.2.
Revolving Facility means the facility under which Borrower may request Bank to issue Advances, as specified in Section 2.1(a) hereof.
New Facility means a property previously undeveloped which is placed into service by means other than or in conjunction with expansion or modernization.
On-site facility means a structural BMP located within the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.
Holding facility means a designated area for the retention of
Bank Facilities means any overdraft limits or credit facility available to you and their associated terms;
Facility Site shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.
