Tangible Personal Property means, in respect of any Person, all machinery, equipment, tools, furniture, office equipment, supplies, materials, vehicles and other items of tangible personal or movable property (other than Inventories and IT Assets) of every kind and wherever located that are owned or leased by the Person, together with any express or implied warranty by the manufacturers, sellers or lessors of any item or component part thereof and all maintenance Records and other documents relating thereto.
Intangible Personal Property has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(vii).
Eligible personal property means property that meets all of the following conditions:

Leased Personal Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(e).
Personal Property means any machinery, equipment, tools, vehicles, furniture, leasehold improvements, office equipment, plant, parts and other tangible personal property.
Personal Property Leases shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.1(a)(4).
Industrial Property Rights means all of the Company's patents, trademarks, trade names, inventions, copyrights, know-how or trade secrets, formulas and science, now in existence or hereafter developed or acquired by the Company or for its use, relating to any and all products and services which are developed, formulated and/or manufactured by the Company.
Restricted use pesticide means any pesticide or device which, when used as directed or in accordance with a widespread and commonly recognized practice, the director determines, subsequent to a hearing, requires additional restrictions for that use to prevent unreasonable adverse effects on the environment including people, lands, beneficial insects, animals, crops, and wildlife, other than pests.
Owned Company Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property owned by the Company or any Company Subsidiary, other than unregistered items of Intellectual Property.
Tenant’s Personal Property means all motor vehicles, Inventories, FAS and any other tangible personal property of Tenant, if any, acquired by Tenant at its election and with its own funds on and after the date hereof and located at the Leased Property or used in Tenant's business at the Leased Property and all modifications, replacements, alterations and additions to such personal property installed at the expense of Tenant, other than any items included within the definition of Proprietary Information.
Personal protective equipment means all equipment worn to minimize exposure to hazards, including gloves, masks, face shields, foot and eye protection, protective hearing devices, respirators, hard hats, and disposable gowns and aprons.
Company Real Property means the Company Owned Real Property and the Company Leased Real Property.
Non-Public Works and Improvements means all competitively solicited procurement of Supplies and/or Services by the City not solicited as Public Works.
Seller Intellectual Property means all of the following and similar intangible property and related proprietary rights, interests and protections, however arising, pursuant to the Laws of any jurisdiction throughout the world that is owned by Seller (“Owned Intellectual Property”) or in which Seller holds exclusive or non-exclusive rights or interests granted by license from other Persons (“Licensed Intellectual Property”):
Company Leased Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(b).
Intangible Property shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.1(c) hereof.
Residential real property means real property improved by a one to four family dwelling used or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, wholly or partly, as the home or residence of one or more persons, but shall not refer to (a) unimproved real property upon which such dwellings are to be constructed or (b) condominium units or cooperative apartments or (c) property on a homeowners’ association that is not owned in fee simple by the seller.
Landlord Personal Property Collateral Access Agreement means a Landlord Waiver and Consent Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit S, with such amendments, modifications or supplements as may be approved by Collateral Agent.
Good engineering practice (GEP) stack height means the greater of:
Contractor Intellectual Property means any intellectual property owned by Contractor and developed independently from the Services.
Urban growth areas means those areas designated
urban areas means the areas covered by all Municipal Corporations and other Municipalities including the areas falling under the various Urban Development Authorities, Cantonment Authorities and industrial estates or townships, excluding the areas covered under Class-I Cities;
Retail Property means each Property listed on Part I of Schedule 6.1.(f) hereto as a Retail Property and any other Property, a substantial use of which is the retail sale of goods and services, which may include a Property that is part of a Mixed-Use Project.
Leaseholds of any Person shall mean all the right, title and interest of such Person as lessee or licensee in, to and under leases or licenses of land, improvements and/or fixtures.
