U.S. Administrative Agent means Wachovia Bank, National Association in its capacity as the administrative agent under the U.S. Credit Agreement.

• Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Bookrunners, Arrangers, Syndication Agents and Documentation Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Credit Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the US Administrative Agent, Canadian Administrative Agent, a Lender or an Issuing Lender hereunder.

U.S. Administrative Agent shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble hereto and includes each other person appointed as the successor pursuant to Article X.

U.S. Administrative Agent means Bank of America, as the administrative agent for the U.S. Revolving Lenders and Term Lenders under this Agreement, or any successor administrative agent pursuant to Section 11.

U.S. Administrative Agent shall have the meaning provided in the preamble hereto and any successor thereto appointed pursuant to Section 11.09.

U.S. Administrative Agent means Wells Fargo Bank, National Association.

U.S. Administrative Agent means W▇▇▇▇ Fargo in its capacity as agent for the Lenders pursuant to Article VIII and any successor agent pursuant to Section 8.6.

U.S. Administrative Agent as defined in the Preamble hereto and shall include any successor to the U.S. Administrative Agent appointed pursuant to subsection 10.10.
