Urgent Direction definition

Urgent Direction means a Direction identified by the Nominal Insurer, in its absolute discretion, as urgent and which must be implemented urgently.

  • The Nominal Insurer may issue an Urgent Direction in accordance with Sub-clause 10.10 of the Deed.
