(98) ‘User’ means a person who has a current contract for a Network Service or where there has been an arbitration, has an entitlement to a Network Service. (99) ‘User DP’, in relation to an Agreement, means each DP identified as a User DP in or by reference to the Specific Terms and Conditions which form part of that Agreement.
