All notices given under the MSLA must be in writing, must be sent by a reputable and recognized air courier service (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) to the address or by email to the email addresses set out in this Section 18, and will be effective on the date of delivery (or refusal of delivery) by the recognized air courier, or one (1) business day from the date of delivery of the email message (if the sender does not receive an undeliverable or non-delivery message).
