Examples of UPOP Program in a sentence

  • The Merchant agrees to supply all required information and documentation as specified in the Application Form for UPOP Program and/or POS Program and as required by MoneySwap from time to time during their registration of a Merchant’s MoneySwap Account.

  • MoneySwap will provide Application Programming Interface (API)’s in the case of UPOP and the MoneySwap customer services team will respond to queries in regard to the connection and integration for both UPOP Program and/or POS Program.

  • The Merchant shall not obtain MoneySwap or UPOP Program and/or POS Program related services in Merchant’s name for any third party, or make use of the payment interface provided by MoneySwap on the MoneySwap Certified Payment Gateway to perform any services for any third party, directly or indirectly, with or without compensation.

  • In this Agreement, the following expressions shall have the following meanings: “Application Form” MoneySwap Application Form and Agreement for Merchant to complete in order to participate in the UPOP Program and the POS Program.

  • MoneySwap agrees to provide the following services to the Merchant (the “Services”): secure, encrypted access to the MoneySwap Certified Payment Gateway which enables the Merchant to participate in the UPOP Program and/or POS Program by UnionPay Cardholders; MoneySwap E-Payment Solutions; and MoneySwap Merchant Payment Services Platform.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever, all transactions in relation to the UPOP Program and/or POS Program but not yet paid by one party shall be paid immediately by that party to the other party.

  • While MoneySwap will take reasonable precautions in relation to UPOP Program, the Merchant hereby accepts all risks and the possibility of hacking, cracking, viruses and any and all manner of unauthorised accesses.

  • In recognition of the fact that MoneySwap is providing the Services with the support and co-operation of UnionPay and other third parties, the Merchant agrees to settle all invoices from MoneySwap (including without limitation any invoices for the UPOP Program and/or POS Program) immediately, regardless of whether the Merchant wishes to dispute any particular invoice or part thereof.

Related to UPOP Program

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Pilot program means the pilot program identified and funded through the Funding Agreement and described in that Funding Agreement and its attachments.
