UPO Securities definition

UPO Securities means the Purchaser Ordinary Shares or other securities registrable pursuant to the terms of the Purchaser UPO.
UPO Securities means the Pubco Ordinary Shares or other securities issuable and registrable pursuant to the terms of the Pubco UPO.
