Uplisting definition

Uplisting means the listing of the Common Stock on an Uplisting Market.
Uplisting means an uplisting of Buyer Shares from the OTC to the Nasdaq or the NYSE American, as the case may be.
Uplisting means a listing of the Corporation’s Common Stock to be traded on a national exchange such as NasdaqCM, NYSE Mkts or OTCQX.
