If UPHIRE agrees to allow the Customer to itself deliver the Equipment to UPHIRE at the end of the Hire Period, the Customer must take out insurance for the Equipment at full replacement value to cover the transit.
UPHIRE may enforce its rights under these Terms and Conditions against a Rental Agreement or Invoice, multiple Rental Agreements or Invoices or the Agreement as a whole.
The Customer must, if requested by UPHIRE, nominate a driver for any parking fines or any other traffic violations.
The Customer agrees that UPHIRE bears no responsibility or liability for any Loss to any of the Customer’s property (including the Equipment).
In the event the Equipment is not returned in clean and good working order, UPHIRE may charge and the Customer must pay for all cleaning and repair costs incurred by UPHIRE.
The Customer is responsible for any excess and any other costs associated with any insurance taken out by the Customer under this clause and the Customer is responsible for any shortfall in repair or replacement of the Equipment following payment of any amount received under insurance, including any loss UPHIRE suffers as a result of not being able to hire the Equipment.
UPHIRE UK Ltd are responsible for unloading and loading of the hired goods.
