Upgraded Membership definition

Upgraded Membership means the Reserve Membership (Invitation only), which the Member wishes to be upgraded to, applies for, and enjoys its privileges upon the application thereof having been approved by the Company against the Company’s receipt of the Upgrade Fee and the Additional Membership Fee (Upgrade), both of which are due and payable upfront upon the upgrade.
Upgraded Membership means the Diamond Membership, or the Reserve Membership (Invitation only), which the Core Member / Next Member wish to be upgraded to, apply for, and enjoy its privileges upon the application thereof having been approved by the Company against the Company’s receipt of the Upgrade Fee (Core Member), the Additional Membership Fee (Upgrade), and the Upgrade Fee (Next Member), all of which are due and payable upfront upon the upgrade. Examples of Upgraded Membership in a sentence

  • The validity of each of the Upgraded Membership shall be prescribed by and subject to the Notice of Manifestation (Upgrade).

  • The Upgrade Fee (Core Member) for each and every Upgraded Membership payable by the Core Member to the Company upon application shall be THB 100,000 (one hundred thousand Baht only) inclusive of value added tax.

  • Reserve Membership (Invitation only) The Upgraded Membership can be applied during the 5-year Membership Term.

  • The Upgraded Membership shall however be applied for collectively and simultaneously by the Core Member / Next Member.

  • The Upgrade Fee, the Additional Membership Fee (Upgrade), and the validity of the Upgraded Membership, shall be referred to in Clause 5.5 below.

  • The Upgraded Membership may be multiply applied during the 15-year Membership Term.

  • Legal Representative’s Signature Applicant’s Signature The Company’s approval and receipt of the Upgrade Fee (Core Member), the Additional Membership Fee (Upgrade), and the Upgrade Fee (Next Member) for each and every Upgraded Membership shall be condition precedent for the enjoyment of the membership thereof.

  • The Upgrade Fee (Next Member) for each and every Upgraded Membership payable by the Next Member upon application shall also be THB 100,000 (one hundred thousand Baht only) inclusive of value added tax.

  • The Upgraded Membership shall however be applied for by collectively and simultaneously by the Core Member / Next Member.

Related to Upgraded Membership

  • Publicly traded partnership means any partnership, an interest in which is regularly traded on an established securities market. A “publicly traded partnership” may have any number of partners.

  • Military service member means a person who is serving in the armed forces of the United States or in an active reserve component of the armed forces of the United States, including the national guard.
