Upfront Amounts definition
Upfront Amounts means any and all advance revenue, advance royalties or other similar consideration received by Biovest from a Licensee for Biovest Biologic Products prior to the sale of such Biovest Biologic Products by the Licensee to a Third Party.”
f) Section 4.7 of the Royalty Agreement shall be amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:
