Unvested definition

Unvested means Restricted Shares that have not yet become Vested (as defined herein); and
Unvested means an Award (or portion of an Award) that has not yet Vested.
Unvested means those Employee Shares which may be required to be converted into Deferred Shares [or to be transferred] under Article 19.

Examples of Unvested in a sentence

  • The notice shall indicate the number of Unvested Shares to be repurchased and the date on which the repurchase is to be effected, such date to be not more than thirty (30) days after the date of such notice.

  • Any transferee shall hold such Shares subject to all the provisions hereof and the Exercise Notice executed by the Purchaser with respect to any Unvested Shares purchased by Purchaser and shall acknowledge the same by signing a copy of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Unvested

Unvested means an Option that is not yet capable of being exercised. "Vested" means an Option that is capable of being exercised.
Unvested means, on any date of determination and with respect to any Class A Unit, Management Incentive Unit or other Unit, that such Unit is not “vested” in accordance with the Award Agreement(s) or other documents governing such Unit.
