Supplier warrants that it is not on the U.S. government’s Denied Parties List, the Unverified List, the Entities List, the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Parties List, and is not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment or otherwise declared ineligible for award of federal contracts or participation in federal assistance programs or activities.
The Good Software and documentation may not be downloaded, distributed, or otherwise exported or re-exported (i) into, or to a national or resident of, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria or any country to which the U.S. at any time has embargoed goods or trade restrictions; or (ii) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department's Denied Persons, Denied Entities, and Unverified List.

You agree not to export, or re-export, directly or indirectly, any product to any country outlined in the EAR, nor to any person or entity on the DOC Denied Persons, Entities and Unverified Lists, the U.S. Department of State’s Debarred List, or on the U.S. Department of Treasury's lists of Specially Designated Nationals, Specially Designated Narcotics Traffickers, or Specially Designated Terrorists.
