Untrained Teacher definition

Untrained Teacher means any person as defined by clause 1.4 of this agreement who is or who becomes bound by this agreement and who has not completed a recognised teacher education qualification.
Untrained Teacher means a person who has not successfully completed a recognised course of teacher training in a recognised tertiary institute but whom the Tasmanian Teacher Registration Board has issued with a Limited Authority to Teach.
