Otherwise Unsupported Software or Services are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE with no representation or warranty whatsoever.
Unsupported Software and Services are not covered by warranties, service level agreements, security commitments, maintenance or support commitments, or indemnities, and may not be used to process or store Personal Data.

CSDC is not responsible to Purchaser for any loss or damage arising from the provision of Unsupported Software or Services.
Weidenhammer shall notify Client in writing when any software used by Client as part of the Services is Unsupported Software.
