Unsupervised Children definition

Unsupervised Children. A child may be accompanied if another adult/caregiver is present to watch the child during your appointment.

  • Unsupervised means not in the presence of:

  • Supervised Person means directors, officers and partners of an Adviser (or other persons occupying a similar status or performing similar functions), employees of an Adviser, and any other person who provides advice on behalf of an Adviser and is subject to the Adviser’s supervision and control.

  • Child/Children means persons who are of an age of two years and above but who are less than 12 years of age;

  • Supervised Persons for purposes of this Code means:

  • Supervisee means an individual who has submitted a supervisory contract and has received board approval to provide clinical services in social work under supervision.
