Each Financed Student Loan that is a PLUS Loan, a SLS Loan or an Unsubsidized Stafxxxx Xxxn qualifies the holder thereof to receive Special Allowance Payments from the Department to the extent applicable.
Unsubsidized Xxxxxxxx Loan means a Loan made pursuant to Section 428H of the Higher Education Act.
Subsidized Xxxxxxxx Loan means a Loan for which the interest rate is governed by Section 427A(a) or 427A(d) of the Higher Education Act.
Group 3 All of the Group 3 Certificates.
Group 4 All of the Group 4 Certificates.
USP-NF means the current edition of the United States Pharmacopeia-National Formulary.
Overseas treatment means treatments or appliances provided or sourced from outside of Australia. This includes treatment on cruise ships inside or outside Australian waters.
Back siphonage means the backflow resulting from pressures lower than atmospheric pressure in the water installation;
Feature Group D (FGD means the access available to all customers, providing trunk side access to a Party’s End Office Switches with an associated uniform 101XXXX access code for customer’s use in originating and terminating communications.
Local Tandem Switch is a CenturyLink switch used to connect and switch trunk circuits between End Office Switches for traffic within an EAS/Local calling area.
Short-rotation coppice means a specific management regime whereby the poles of trees are cut every one to two years and which is aimed at producing biomass for energy. It is exempt from the UK government timber procurement policy requirements and falls under agricultural regulation and supervision rather than forestry. The exemption only refers to short-rotation coppice, and not 'conventional' coppice which is forest management and therefore subject to the timber policy.
Digital Signal Level 3 (DS-3 means the 44.736 Mbps third level signal in the time division multiplex hierarchy.
Continuing treatment means ongoing medical treatment or supervision by a health care provider.
Health status-related factor means any of the following factors:

BRI ISDN provides a channel with 2- wire interfaces at each end that is suitable for the transport of 160 kbps digital services using the ISDN 2B1Q line code. This Loop type is more fully described in American National Standards Institute (ANSI) T1.601-1998 and Frontier TR 72575, as revised from time-to-time. In some cases loop extension equipment may be necessary to bring the line loss within acceptable levels. Frontier will provide loop extension equipment only upon request. A separate charge will apply for loop extension equipment. The 2-Wire ISDN Digital Grade Loop is available only in the former Bell Atlantic Service Areas. In the former GTE Service Areas only, Onvoy may order a 2-Wire Digital Compatible Loop using 2-wire ISDN ordering codes to provide similar capability. Frontier will not build new facilities or modify existing facilities except to the extent required in Section 17 of this Attachment.
Mxxxx’x Rating means, with respect to a Reference Obligation, as of any date of determination:
Group 2 All of the Group 2 Certificates.
€STRi-pTBD means, in respect of any TARGET Business Day falling in the relevant Interest Accrual Period, the €STR for the TARGET Business Day falling “p” TARGET Business Days prior to the relevant TARGET Business Day “i”;
Public Xxxxxx shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 10.01(d).
Loan Group 4 The Group 4 Mortgage Loans.
Type III transfer means that term as defined under Section 3(c) of the Executive Organization Act of 1965, 1965 PA 380, MCL 16.103.
MBA Delinquency Method Under the MBA Delinquency Method, a loan due on the first of the month is considered 30 days delinquent when all or part of one or more payments remains unpaid as of close of business on the last Business Day of such month.
PPPFA means the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000.
Xxxxx’x Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Xxxxx’x and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.
Feature Group A (FGA means calls either originated by, or delivered to, an End User who has purchased switched access FGA service from the interstate or intrastate tariffs of either Party. FGA also includes, but is not limited to, FGA-like services provided by either Party, where calls are originated from and/or delivered to numbers which are assigned to a Rate Center within one LATA but where the Party receiving the call is physically located in a LATA different than the LATA of the Party originating the call.
All-terrain type I vehicle means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.
