Unsold Shares definition

Unsold Shares means the difference between (a) the number of shares of Series A Preferred Stock which were initially issued upon conversion of the Notes and (b) the number of shares of Series A Preferred Stock, regardless of when such shares were issued, which have been converted into Common Stock with the Common Stock having been sold.

Unsold Shares means share of Common Stock which either, as of the day on which a determination is being made, (a) were initially issued upon conversion of the Debentures and were not sold by the Investor or (b) were issuable upon conversion of outstanding Debentures which were issued at the Closing.

Unsold Shares means shares which may be offered for sale and have not been paid for. At the time of registration of establishment of enterprise, unsold shares shall be the total number of shares which shareholders have not yet registered for subscription.
