Unshielded lighting that emits more than nine hundred lumens but less than or equal to one thousand two hundred lumens is permitted provided that it is activated by a motion sensor and provided it is aimed and located in such a manner as to prevent glare and light trespass.
Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.
Diameter at Breast Height (DBH) means the diameter of the trunk of a mature tree generally measured at a point four and a half feet above ground level from the uphill side of the tree. For species of trees where the main trunk divides below the 4 ½ foot height, the DBH shall be measured at the highest point before any division.
Generator means a device that produces electricity.
Fuel burning equipment means any furnace, boiler, apparatus, stack and all associated equipment, used in the process of burning fuel.
Fugitive dust emissions means particulate matter from process operations that does not pass through a process stack or vent and that is generated within plant property boundaries from activities such as: unloading and loading areas, process areas, stockpiles, stock pile working, plant parking lots, and plant roads (including access roads and haul roads).
